For the participants to showcase their creativity through a short video that will share their #CoolBaguioSummer 2023 experience highlighting the different horseback riding attractions and other Baguio summer sceneries

๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐:
1. This contest is open to all interested bona fide residents and tourists of Baguio who have liked/followed the official Facebook Page, Instagram, and Tiktok account of Baguio City Tourism Office.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Employees and relatives up to second-degree consanguinity of the employees of the City Government of Baguio and City Officials are disqualified to participate.
4. Participants must come up with a short reel about their summer experience in Baguio City from April 6-May 31, 2023. The reel must also highlight AT LEAST ONE of the following horseback riding spots or attractions in the City:
a. Happy Hallow Horseback Riding Trail
b. Kabadjo Handlers Association Incorporated (Camp John Hay Trail)
c. Wright Park Pony Boys Horse Handlers Association, Inc., (Wright Park Trail)

5. Only ONE entry per contestant is allowed. The entry must be unique, creative, and original. Any issues that may arise with regards to the originality of the video shall be the accountability of the participants.
6. Deadline of submission of entries is on ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ.
7. There shall be no registration fees to be collected from the contestants.
8. The entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

12. Winners will be announced through the official Facebook page of the City Tourism Office on June 12, 2023. The City Tourism Office will also be notifying the winners through a phone call and email.
13. For participants living outside Baguio, the winners should be willing to travel to Baguio (at their own expense) to claim their cash prize personally.

1. Entry must be a minimum of THIRTY (30) seconds and shall not exceed more than FORTY-FIVE (45) seconds.
2. The official #BreatheBaguio music track shall be used for the video. Editing or remixing the official track is strictly prohibited. The official track can be downloaded here: ( https://drive.google.com/…/1cWV… )
3. Entry must be in portrait orientation.
4. Interested participants must fill up the form provided (link: https://tinyurl.com/CoolBaguioSummer2023). Entries must be uploaded in Google Drive and files must be open for sharing. The participants must also share the link to baguiotourismtalents@gmail.com on or before 11:59 p.m. of June 2, 2023.
5. Each entry must have a detailed write-up included in the email and shall not exceed more than 150 words. The write-up must be in a pdf file with this specification: A4 size, Font style: Arial Narrow, Font size: 12. The write-up must also include the participantโs full name, contact number, complete address, Instagram and/or Tiktok username. 6. The entry must not exceed 1GB.
7. Participants must post their reels on Tiktok and Instagram and must tag the official accounts of Baguio City Tourism Office. Entries uploaded on Tiktok must also use the Official Soundtrack of Breathe Baguio ( https://vt.tiktok.com/ZGJajaHfn/ ) Entries must have a short caption explaining the video. The caption must not exceed 150 words. The hashtags #๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ถ๐ผ & #๐๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ must also be included in the caption.
